We require:   25% deposit + a signed rental agreement
To keep costs low, we require all payments be made in the form of cash, check or money order. Final payment due 60 days out..​​

Does a smaller guest count affect package price?
There are no package price differences based on guest counts.
Additional Notes: While our capacity is up to 100, not all packages include seating & table amenity coverage for our max capacity. Please refer to your chosen package for coverage included. Additional coverage & add-ons may be rented.​​

What other services do you offer?
We offer décor & floral services included in some of our venue packages, or that can be rented above & beyond your venue package,
including throne chair rentals, margarita machine rentals, our wisteria tree package, place settings & much more.
We also coordinate bartending & security services for your event.​​
